These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for using 365Digital websites, wallet card demos, digital loyalty services, campaign setup, and related support. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.
Services
365Digital provides digital wallet card setup, loyalty campaign planning, offer pages, QR and claim links, campaign updates, and related support. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities may be confirmed separately in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, offer details, logos, brand assets, and any required approvals. You are also responsible for honouring offers, discounts, rewards, or promotions presented to your customers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam-related, or infringing activity. We may pause or refuse service if a campaign appears to violate applicable law, platform rules, or reasonable customer protection standards.
Content and Assets
You retain ownership of the business content and brand assets you provide. You grant 365Digital permission to use those materials as needed to create, operate, display, test, and support your wallet cards and related campaign assets.
Payments and Changes
Fees, billing dates, setup costs, monthly services, and cancellation terms will be confirmed in your proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Service changes may affect timing, scope, or pricing.
Third-Party Platforms
Wallet cards, notifications, analytics, hosting, email, and payment flows may rely on third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, hosting providers, analytics tools, or communication services. Their terms and availability may also apply.
No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve customer capture, follow-up, and repeat visit opportunities, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, redemption rates, ad performance, review volume, or business outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services.
